Caroline Wade, 16, is the new Miss Georgia Teen USA.
Miss Coastal Georgia USA Cassady Lance, 24, of Savannah, accepted the Miss Georgia USA crown from the reigning Miss Georgia USA, Kimberly Gittings of Lilburn.
