David BeckhamDavid BeckhamThe Beckhams can't breathe easy just yet.
Victoria and David's hopes of putting recent sex allegations behind them have been dashed as the father of three is being counter-sued by the call girl who alleges to have slept with him.

After Irma Nici told a US magazine that she'd slept with the footballer, David wholeheartedly denied the claims and had a legal writ delivered to the former prostitute.

But Irma is hitting back by allegedly counter-suing David for emotional and physical injuries, apparently sustained when the writ was issued to her last week.

She was staying at a New York hotel when a process server arrived to deliver David's £16million lawsuit against her, and according to her legal claim, she was hounded by the server and subsequently hospitalised.

According to Radar Online, Irma's attorney Paul Rolf Jensen filed her suit on Friday at Los Angeles County Superior Court and said: "Beckham is responsible for his goon’s conduct, and we will hold him liable for it.

"California law does not allow public figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech."

The lawyer added: "Maybe he didn’t live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here consider our rights to tell the truth in print."

The saga surrounding David continues after it's been revealed that his attorney wrote to In Touch magazine, warning them against printing Irma's story: "Let me make it clear.  The story you propose to run about Mr Beckham and a prostitute is a lie.

"The allegations are unequivocally denied.  Publishing them would lead to legal action and end in an enormous damages award against you." Yet the magazine chose to go ahead in printing the story which claimed David was involved in sexual antics with prostitutes.
Poor Posh.
